Firstly, thank you for considering to help out with the site! This is a critical phase and the last "kick at the can" for discovering any issues with features and functionality. So, the goal for testers is simple... TRY TO BREAK EVERYTHING!. Enter invalid values, blank form fields, unexpected letters/numbers/punctuation for form values, abort operations mid-way, etc. - basically, anything you can think of to throw at the system to produce and error. Truth be told, there can be a bit of sick pleasure in trying to blow up technology... please, hack away!

E-mails
There are no 'noise' e-mails generated the system. As part of participating in testing, you will receive e-mails for confirmation of your postings, memberships, e-commerce receipts (test accounts provided below), user posting enquiries, and automatic notifications for postings that match your posting's details (i.e. a lost posting will receive notifications for matching found reports). Additionally, you will receive a weekly match summary report for each of your lost and/or found postings submitted.

Interaction
The more interaction and exercising of the system, the better (be respectful of other testers - the system does have the ability to completely block users based on IP and/or e-mails and respect holds a higher priority than contribution). Testers are encouraged to send enquiry e-mails, report abuse e-mails (even if they aren't - it's just a test). And finally, but most valuably, create postings that should trigger automatic notifications for existing reports. For example, if there is a Lost ferret test posting located at Yonge & Bloor in Toronto, Google a ferret image and post it as a Found counterpart near the same location. You and the original Lost poster should receive notifications (if the colors and other descriptive properties in the postings overlap, of course).

7a	Guest Posting Notification	Confirm e-mails and posting activation.	Setup User is new to the system (i.e. no pre-existing postings or accounts registered with the new account's e-mail address. Have an image of a test critter for the posting. Steps Under the Critter Postings menu, select the Lost, Found, or Adoptable option. On the resulting page, select the Create posting option. Fill in the details for your test critter and select the Post button. Verify You receive a confirmation e-mail (check your Spam/Junk/Trash folders too). Note: Two separate test paths can be taken at this point; Confirm or Reject. Reject schedules the listing for deletion. When you test this path, the posting will become non-retrievable and a new posting must be created to test the confirmation path. Pass You receive an activation notification e-mail. Pass Your posting appears in the Critter Search results (map and list views). Pass
7b	Unassociated Guest Posting Detection	Confirm detection of previous guest posting with new account creation.	Setup Successful completion of the previous test case. Test case for the trial membership signup has been verified. User is new to the system (i.e. no pre-existing postings or accounts registered with the new account's e-mail address. Steps Register for a trial membership account using the same e-mail used for the posting in the previous test case. On successful completion, go the My Account and select the Postings tab. 7c	Guest Posting Ownership	Confirm an associated guest posting can be associated with an account.	Setup Successful completion of the previous test case. Steps Login and navigate to My Account and select the Postings tab. Open the detected postings pane and select Take Ownership. Verify The posting is moved into the main posting list and the notification disappears. Pass
